And Then Came The Rain....

So, the American show jumpers, and those of a number of other countries, are stranded in Amsterdam and Dubai due to a typhoon hitting Hong Kong. I have no idea what a level 8 typhoon equates to on our hurricane scale, but I understand it's not one without plenty of danger. However, in what I'm reading, it appears HK is much more prepared for these weather incidents. They've received a lot of rain, a lot of wind, and very, very little damage. Hmm....
